Support Options for Your Intermec Products

If there is a need for repair, trust Intermec devices to Intermec for a combination of direct and authorized Intermec repair centers. This will ensure that the repairs are performed properly, using only factory designed and authorized test fixtures, authorized parts and certified personnel employed directly, or trained by Intermec.

Under normal conditions, Intermec supports a product for a minimum of 3 years, though typically longer, after product retirement. Intermec's ability to continue support after the initial three year period is dependent upon availability of spare parts and vendor obsolescence issues that are beyond Intermec's control.

For new Dead On Arrival (DOA) products, please use the DOA return authorization online form. For all other products, please use the regular Return and Repair Authorization system. It is quick and easy to request or search for your return/repair by the RA number or by serial number. You can also generate reports on longer repair histories, look up performance to contract up to 12 months in arrears and access information on your maintenance contract and export equipment inventories.
