Times have changed, and customers are changing quickly. Our customers are experiencing the most amazing evolution in the history of man when it comes to interpersonal interaction. While we all can argue the pros and cons of the internet, social media, digital multimedia, and so on, we can hardly argue about the profound impact these technologies have had on our customers’ service expectations.
