- Depot Repair Options
- Both the Medallion® Silver (2-business day) and Bronze (5-business day) Depot Service Plans ensure that critical data collection devices are repaired and tested to exacting factory standards and failed components are replaced.
- Medallion® Silver Replacement
- Medallion® Silver Replacement (overnight exchange) provides “on-demand” distribution of customer owned spare devices when deployed units are taken offline for repair. Intermec Medallion® Complete Service Plans are included.

- Intermec's Medallion® Complete service is available globally at the time of equipment purchase. With pre-paid 3- or 5-year options, Medallion® Complete protects against product defects, wear, failures and work related user damage.
- Onsite Repair Plans
- Intermec's Platinum (next business day) and Gold (second business day) onsite Medallion® Service Plans are available in the USA within 150 miles of the nearest Intermec-authorized field office.
- Multi-Vendor Product (MVP) Service Plan
- Intermec's MVP Program provides service for select non-Intermec products (printers, scanners, terminals & RF network products). Under the MVP Program both Gold and Bronze Medallion® Service Plans are available.
