Preventive Maintenance

SiteCare visits help prevent small problems from growing into large ones, and allow customer staff to focus on more business-critical daily activities.

Service Overview

SiteCareSM Preventive Maintenance health check provides for the periodic onsite visit by an Intermec technician to inventory, monitor and apply preventive maintenance actions to a customer's critical data collection devices, and, at the customer's paid option, any wireless infrastructure consisting of those Intermec devices. This service is especially valuable for large numbers of devices deployed over large, multi-site facilities.

If we have any issues between SiteCare team visits or if one comes up while they are here, the team expedites a resolution to the problem, brings spare parts or sources any new parts that we might need to fix or expand the network . . . Also, the team acts as a conduit to Avery Dennison's engineering staff, highlighting anything specific that may require their attention . . . This kind of attention lets us know that Intermec is taking care of us."
