Under the Medallion Multi-Vendor Product (MVP) Support Services Program, Intermec provides service coverage for a wide variety of alternate-brand equipment. MVP offers both Gold (two-business-day depot turnaround) and Bronze (five-business-day depot turnaround) service options, ensuring the highest levels of device reliability and uptime, as well as committed response times and guaranteed pricing terms. Intermec's MVP Program also delivers a centralized, online view to service histories, optimizing the maintenance and management of all deployed AIDC equipment – Intermec and others.

Eligibility is entirely at Intermec's discretion. Eligible devices may or may not be covered for more than one year, at Intermec's sole discretion, and under conditions determined solely by Intermec Global Services.
