The Medallion® Standard Service Program delivers committed response or turnaround times and enables you to lock in service budgets for the length of the agreement. Medallion Standard covers defects as well as wear and tear, including component-part failures.

Depot Service Plans
Both the Medallion Silver (2-business day) and Bronze (5-business day) versions of our Depot Service Plans ensure that critical data collection devices are serviced and tested quickly and effectively. No one offers a faster depot turnaround than Intermec's Silver (2-business day) service plan.

Onsite Plans
Intermec's Gold (second business day) and Platinum (next business day) onsite Medallion Service Plans are available on all Intermec Fixed Printers and RFID readers.

For Even Greater Protection: Upgrade Your Service Plan to Include Comprehensive Coverage
Upgrade your Medallion Standard ervice plan to include Comprehensive Coverage by selecting either a Medallion Select or Medallion Complete agreement.
