With INcontrol INsync, you receive all the benefits of robust device management services for a minimal per device investment. INsync delivers complete device visibility, priority support through the Intermec INcontrol Center, advanced troubleshooting, remote diagnostics and robust reporting capabilities.

INsync allows Intermec to proactively monitor wireless devices and ensure all devices are configured to your specifications. Software updates, patches and routine maintenance can be managed device-by-device or at customer defined intervals. More in-depth device statistics are also available through the Web-based INcontrol Console, including owner, usage statistics and status.

INsync also provides the ability to remotely troubleshoot and resolve device issues no matter their location – in-premise or out in the field*. Screen shots can be captured and stored for later reference and the INcontrol Console allows for the storage of historical device data, site design layouts, building network documents and user manuals.

The interactive components of INsync make it a truly powerful device management solution. The INcontrol Console's collaborative interface allows the INcontrol technical team to grant temporary access to third party software vendors so they can troubleshoot in real time. It also accommodates a number of Intermec experts the same device-level access for quicker resolution of identified issues.
