In April 2010, Intermec commissioned Forrester Consulting to examine the total economic impact and potential return on investment (ROI) enterprises may realize by deploying Intermec’s CN50 mobile computer. The purpose of this study is to provide readers with a framework to evaluate the potential financial impact of the CN50 on their organization.
This study illustrates the financial impact of deploying and using the CN50 within Aras Cargo, a large letter and package delivery company based in Turkey. The main objectives for this investment for the company were to automate steps in the manual and paper-based delivery process, reduce the amount of data errors, and increase customer satisfaction.
