On January 1, 2006, UNOVA, Inc. successfully completed a long-planned transition from a multi-industry, diversified corporation to a technology leader in the automated data capture industry.

Marking the end of one chapter in our corporate evolution and the beginning of another, we changed the name of our corporation to Intermec, Inc., and changed our New York Stock Exchange ticker to “IN” –Intermec is IN.
